On the invitation of Venerable. Thiniyagala Palitha Thero, Mr. M.Maniymuthu Proprietor of Marlbo Trading Company went to Beruwala on 29th June 2014 to inspect the progress of the construction of the Sunday School (Daham Pasala) Building. The leader of the United National Party and the Leader of Opposition in Parliament; Hon. Ranil Wickramasinghe M.P. and the General Secretary of the United National Party Mr. Tissa Attanayaka M.P who were touring Beruwala and Aluthgama also visited the site. Other distinguished guest present were Hon. Rosy Senanayaka M.P, Hon. Kala Maheswaran M.P and Hon. Y. Yogarajan M.P.
