Marlbo office was opened for business after holidays for the New Year on the 4 of January 2021, at an auspicious time amidst religious observances. A sermon was delivered by Ven. Thiniyawala Palitha Thero Chief Incumbent of Nalandaramaya – Nugegoda, Gurukkal V. Vaithiyanathan – Colombo, Rev. Father Jude of Sacred Heart Church, Rajagiriya, Maulavi Farood Farook- Deputy Principal Ihsaniyya Arabic College Colombo 12. invoking blessings on the proprietor and the staff for the New Year. Thereafter a almsgiving was offered to them.
The religious activities were followed by a traditional new year breakfast to all present.
