On 8th November 2024, the Central Provincial Branch of the Sri Lanka National Federation of the Visually Impaired organized a heartfelt celebration to honor White Cane Day. This special event brought together participants from various regions, all united in recognizing the resilience and achievements of the visually impaired community.
A mid-day meal was offered by Mr. Maniymuthu, Proprietor of Marlbo Trading Company, to all attendees, adding warmth and hospitality to the day’s proceedings and making the event even more memorable.”
