The Aavani Vinayagar Sathurthi Celebration is a very special event for Hindus all over the world. The festival celebrates Lord Ganesha as the God of new beginnings and the remover of obstacles.In order to celebrate the festival, at the invitation of Mr. M. Maniymuthu the Chief Priests from the Thiruchendur Murugan Temple in Tamil Nadu (India) consisting of Narayana Iyer, M. Sankar Iyer, Harihara Iyer, Kumar Iyer and Iyappan Iyer visited Sri Lanka and held the Maha Oamam and Pooja at the Marlbo office premises on 25th August 2017.Mr. Maniymuthu, the staff members of Marlbo and other well wishers attended this religious event on this auspicious day and received the blessings of Lord Ganesha.
