INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 2021

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Marlbo Trading Company, celebrated the International Women’s Day on the 8th March 2021. Dr. Nilakshi Galahitiyawa Rathnayaka, Senior Lecturer of the Faculty of Management Studies & Commerce of the University of Jayewardenepura attended the event as the Chief Guest and Mrs. P. Maniymuthu, the first lady of Marlbo was the Guest of Honour. Few other invitees too joined the event along with all female staff members of Marlbo.The Chief Guest addressed the gathering and made a presentation on the international theme “Choose to Change”. Two other members of the staff also addressed the gathering and appreciated the role of women in society. The event was followed by breakfast. Marlbo also organized a presentation to all the female staff members of the Ja Ela Police Station to mark the International Women’s Day. The gifts were distributed by the Assistant Manager HR of Marlbo. The Officer in Charge of the Police Station and the Chief Executive Officer of Marlbo was present at this event.
