Appreciation of employees by an organization is the greatest satisfaction an employee would look forward to. Similarly, it is an opportunity for the employer to acknowledge hard work done by employees.
The United States in 1995 declared a special day on the 1st Friday of the month of March as the “National Employee Appreciation Day” which turned to be an annual event. This year it happens to be the 5th March.
Employee appreciation is a positive move to show the Managements appreciation to the staff and also will be a motivating factor.
Marlbo celebrated the event for the first time this year with token presentations followed by breakfast and will be an event in the annual calendrer in the future.
